I could not recommend Amanda and Dave more. They are so friendly and approachable, any problem with the house was sorted as soon as possible and they could not do more to make us feel comfortable and happy. After spending 4 years in student accommodation they are by far the best landlords I have had and I wish I’d known about them in my first year. Could not have asked for two more lovely landlords. Thank you again for everything you have done to make our last year living as students so easy.
After living in Student Accommodation
After living in student accommodation with three different landlords, Amanda and Dave have by far been the best , no issue has been too big or too small for them, any essentials we needed for the house was usually delivered within a day and any issues we had were seen to within hours, couldn’t have asked for two nicer landlords in my final year

Any issues that needed sorting in the house would be seen to within hours, they were both extremely reliable and could certainly trust them when they said any problem would be fixed. They are a very friendly couple, who understand the needs of students. I would highly recommend Dave and Amanda, they have certainly made my final year living arrangements easier and enjoyable.
